my mom accidentally sent me a subscription for "good housekeeping" among others she ordered for me, but meant to send it to herself. instead, i get it every month, look through it and then take a stack to her when we go to texas. i always find fabulous recipes, most of which are quick and healthy. i am all about the quick and healthy recipes these days. on the days when michael works two jobs, we have about twenty minutes together before he has to dash off. so i've been cooking dinner the night before and heating it up right when i get home from work the next day. voila! my man gets to eat a hot meal before he works his booty off again. do try this simple recipe for shrimp and spicy tomatoes!
