tentative meal plan


monday:
curried chicken with brown rice and naan

tuesday:
pancetta parmesan torte with strawberry romaine salad
(i use bacon instead of pancetta and whatever dairy is on hand, usually whole milk and 1/2 & 1/2)

wednesday:
slow-cooker spinach lasagna with roasted zucchini & squash

thursday:
a "southwestern" version of beef polenta pie and fruit salad
(cheddar instead of parm, no mushrooms or green beans, add taco seasonings, green chiles, and corn) thanks for the idea mom!

friday:
homemade pizza with chicken italian sausage and veggies

saturday:
leftovers?

sunday:
whole wheat rotini with roasted veggies (squash, zucchini, onions, tomatoes)
