i made a wonderful beef stew with cornbread muffins (gluten free), and remembered how much i love pearl onions.
i was encouraged by a friend's blog post.
i am grateful that amos took an hour-long nap.
we went on two walks.
i had an iced pumpkin spice latte (decaf, of course).
& we talked to daddy, who is currently in florida.


p.s. to make the muffins gluten free, just substitute gluten free flour for the all-purpose. you can't even tell they are GF!
