adventures in food land

what a great week! thus far, my dear husband has made some awesome icelandic yogurt, skyr. he's currently in the process of making ricotta from the leftover whey, and we have plans for butter and buttermilk soon! we had some roasted cauliflower soup with homemade guacamole, tried a friend's paleo meatloaf recipe with butternut squash fries, and tonight i made some grain-free pizza (and didn't expect it to taste so GREAT). have you tried any new recipes lately? do share!
